Hot dip galvanized wire mesh cable tray structures are the same with the zinc plated ones. Standard width are 2″ / 4″ / 6″ / 8″ / 12″/ 16″ / 18″ / 20″ / 24″.
Hot dip galvanised wire basket cable tray surface is rough and ugly. Normally we will file the sharp zinc burrs to get rid of injuring cable. But if cable jackets are heavy and strong enough, we don’t recommend to file after HDG process. On the one hand, filing zinc burrs will cost much more labor costs. It will make higher costs and longer lead time. On the other hand, diling will reduce zinc coating thickness. Sometimes zinc coating even may get peeled off.
