Zinc plated wire mesh cable trays were most used among all cable basket series, especially in data center cable support systems.
The basket cable tray width means the inner width that used for cable filling. Standard width can be 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm. Among these dimensions, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm wide cable baskets are most common used. And they are more suitable for electrical or data cabling wholesales & retailers.
The height of wire mesh cable trays are counted the same as width. It is cable filling area depth. Our standard depth include 50mm, 100mm and 150mm. For example, our 50mm deep cable basket is equivalent to other brands’ 54mm, and 100mm equivalent to 105mm. We can also customize the cable tray depth as 25mm, while some of our current coupling accessories will not match this height so well.
According to our market research, basket cable tray zinc coating thickness from other manufactures could only reach 6-8 μm. Our average thickness is over 12 μm. And we can make it more than 20μm as per clients’ request.
