As per NEMA VE 1, Metal Cable Tray Systems, cable tray typical lengths, not including connectors, are:
(a) 3m ± 5mm (10 ft ± 3/16 in.);
(b) 3.66m ± 5mm (12 ft ± 3/16 in.);
(c) 6m ± 9mm (20 ft ± 5/16 in.); and
(d) 7.32m ± 9mm (24 ft ± 5/16 in.).
Actually, we rarely have clients use 3.66m and 7.32m long cable basket trays. Very few clients would use 6m long basket trays. But the 6m length would cause many issues. Firstly, 6m long cable trays is difficult to do galvanizing. Most electrical galvanizing pools are not long enough to lay in very long cable trays. Secondly, they cannot be lifted by a forklift since manufacturing to warehouse stocking. Thirdly, they will be not flexible for transportation nor installation, as they are too heavy and too long.

Firstly let’s see the most widely used item.
We offer EFS100 to EFS600 which meet basket cable tray width from 100mm to 600mm. Standard supporting height is 120mm or 170mm. The support feet height can also be customized according to project installing requests.
This 100FSD is designed for 100mm wide mesh cable trays. While it can also be used for larger sizes with using two or three 100FSD in one row. And it can be used in a left-right-left way for cable tray size like 150mm wide.
50FSD is the bottom supporting kit specially designed for 50mm wide cable basket trays.

SPB spider bracket is the suitable wall supporting bracket for small size cable basket tray, especially for 50mm wide size. If there are only few cables inside, 150mm wide cable basket can also use this accessory as wall mounting.
LWB L type wall bracket is the economical accessory for basket cable tray size from 100mm to 300mm wide. You can lock the trays onto cable basket without any bolt nor any locking couplers.
CRP reinforced bracket is similar to LWB. It is also designed for basket cable tray size from 100mm to 300mm wide. The difference is CRP have coupler[……]

Ceiling support is the most common mounting solution for cable baskets. We offer four ceiling supporting accessories for overhead installations.
OBR is the most popular choice for cable basket ceiling mounting installations. There is no need of using bolts and nuts to fix the cable baskets. And the basket cable tray would never move transversely. It fits cable basket width from 100mm to 600mm.
MBR is more often made by pre-galvanized steel. Its weight loading capacity is thinner than OBR. We don’t recommend to use MBR for heavy duty projects. The biggest advantage for MBR is it can be made with 1m length. Clients can cut it into suitable length by themselves.
CNL has best support capacity. If cable basket size is bigger than 600mm, or the cable basket need to carry a h[……]

KK34 is the most common recommended item for connecting two pieces of wire mesh cable trays. Suitable for 4mm and 5mm wire diameter. Also can be used for making bends, tees and crossed.
SBR is used for connecting wire mesh cable tray straight sections. Though purely use KK34 coupling kit is also available, cable tray systems mounted with SBR coupling bars will getting much more solid.
