Normally we can use same solution for on floor and on rack mesh cable tray mounting accessories.

Firstly let’s see the most widely used item.

EFS cable basket rack mounting kit

We offer EFS100 to EFS600 which meet basket cable tray width from 100mm to 600mm. Standard supporting height is 120mm or 170mm. The support feet height can also be customized according to project installing requests.

This 100FSD is designed for 100mm wide mesh cable trays. While it can also be used for larger sizes with using two or three 100FSD in one row.  And it can be used in a left-right-left way for cable tray size like 150mm wide.

50FSD is the bottom supporting kit specially designed for 50mm wide cable basket trays.

SPB Spider Bracket

SPB spider bracket is the suitable wall supporting bracket for small size cable basket tray, especially for 50mm wide size. If there are only few cables inside, 150mm wide cable basket can also use this accessory as wall mounting.

LWB Wall Bracket

LWB L type wall bracket  is the economical accessory for basket cable tray size from 100mm to 300mm wide. You can lock the trays onto cable basket without any bolt nor any locking couplers.

CRP Cable Basket Bracket

Bonet OBR Hanger

OBR is the most popular choice for cable basket ceiling mounting installations. There is no need of using bolts and nuts to fix the cable baskets. And the basket cable tray would never move transversely. It fits cable basket width from 100mm to 600mm.

Bonet MBR Ceiling Support

MBR is more often made by pre-galvanized steel. Its weight loading capacity is thinner than OBR. We don’t recommend to use MBR for heavy duty projects. The biggest advantage for MBR is it can be made with 1m length. Clients can cut it into suitable length by themselves.

Bonet kk34 wire mesh cable tray coupler

KK34 is the most common recommended item for connecting two pieces of wire mesh cable trays. Suitable for 4mm and 5mm wire diameter. Also can be used for making bends, tees and crossed.

Bonet SBR strengthening coupling bar

SBR is used for connecting wire mesh cable tray straight sections. Though purely use KK34 coupling kit is also available, cable tray systems mounted with SBR coupling bars will getting much more solid.

Powder Coated Cable Basket Tray

Powder coated cable basket tray is widely used in data centers and server rooms. It can keep tray color same as server racks’.  That is one advantage of black powder coated basket trays. From my point of view, the biggest advantage of powder coated cable basket trays is color. We can manage cables more efficiently by using different colors.

Powder coated finishing also has some disadvantages. For example, the plastic coating is more easlily to get scratched. It would require separation of each piece. Thus more packaging material shall be used which is not environmentally friendly. And we recommend customers to choose powder coating after zinc galvanized. This could get rid of partial rusting after powder coating scratched. Another disadvantage of powder coated cable basket is grounding.[……]
