We know the feeling when you are seeking a new vendor. You never know the quality untill you get samples from suppliers. Judging quality of cable tray just by eyes is not enough. Because Some differences are visible while some ones are not. 
Details determine quality level. From above picture you can see our bending imprint and edge cutting is better than the one on the right side. And things you cannot see include:
- Material: we use standard grade of material to ensure the material yield strengh and tensile strength.
- Tolerance: there is no minus tolerances of our wire diameter to ensure the good weight loading capacity.
- Welding: our medium-frequency welding machine secure the welding strength is strong and stable. Each welding point strength is above 1166N.
- Finishing: the average coating thickness is 12μm for zinc plating, 60μm for hot-dip galvanizing and 60μm for powder coating. Few companies can reach this standard, especially for zinc plating.
- SWL(safe working load): steel wires we used to manufacture wire cable trays are drawn down to target diameter by three times, which would make material tougher. And we control from raw material to galvanizing to get avoid of hydrogen embrittlement.
- Safe: there is none NaCN or any other cyanide in our galvanizing pool. Our cable tray and accessories are RoHS-compliant.
